As I write this post, it is -22C (-8F) with windchill.
So as long as I don't go outside, I can pretend that the sun coming through the windows means that warm breezes are blowing, flowers are growing and bees are buzzing.
Though the winds are keen and chill
Roses' hearts are beating still,
And the garden tranquilly
Dreams of happy hours to be;
In the summer days of blue
All its dreamings will come true.

I love these, Candis – the warmth of summer breezes and the humming of bees seems to fill the air just looking at them.
ReplyDeleteAlthough it's not nearly as cold here, we are getting plenty of rain and wind – why does winter always seem too long? :) xo – g
It does seem long! Hopefully we'll get to hear your bird calls soon. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Candis,
ReplyDeleteWonderful bee pictures. -22C is just a little chilly, maybe sweater weather. :-)
Ya might need to get that air conditioner checked before the summer rushes in. ;)
Those are really stunning macro photos! I seriously need to get myself a 'real' camera!! Truly beautiful images. You inspire.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind words over at my place the other day.
Hug,
Carolynn
