LOL, me too Andi. More light and less snow would suit me just fine. :)
Kate, yeah ... the shutter started sticking shut and it was pretty much unusable. It feels great to have it back. Now if only the spring and green and colour would come as quickly ... ;-)
Beautiful shot of the forest cloaked in snow. I do love a winter photograph. Don't make me walk around in it though. I would so love to have a bird trust me enough to eat out of my hand. What a thrill. *smile*
I can't believe you got the chickadee to eat out of your hand!! How magical – such sweet birds. We have lots but I've never gotten a decent shot of them.
Beautiful light in the first image, Candis – glad you got your D300 back. :)
Whoa more snow pictures and the bird is magnificent. We're supposed to get more snow down here which is mind boggling considering the amount we usually get.
Georgianna - it is. They're so delicate you can barely feel their weight. :)
LOL FM -- I know, it's the last thing we want to see more of right now. I should hold off posting these snowy photos until we're all going through the blazes of summer heat and humidity. ;-)
I love the light in the first and third pictures (I love the snow somewhat less).
ReplyDeleteThe D300 was mia? So glad it's back. And good.
ReplyDeleteI love your snowy woods photos. Still haven't been able to get a chickadee do that.
